As part of a project to create some buzz within the New Arts Centre. I've been tasked to make a video wall using some of the techniques previously used at LightWorks.

Here is the first pre-visualisation using eight iMacs to create a video wall located on the music floor

Early tests using 2007 iMacs with 1Gb of Ram. This confirmed that they were capable of running Xcode and Quartz Composer

Very soon it was realised 8 iMac din't make a very good aspect ratio, so 4 more were added to make 12

Here are the first mounting solutions created by our wonderful carpenter Mike Stamp, Mike was responsible for all the construction on the project.

The frame built up in the workshop shows for the first time how big its going be.

After sixteen power sockets were intstalled to power the iMacs, amplifier, network switch and wireless router, I started running in all the cables to each mounting point on the frame.
